HOW TO APPLY FOR A LIBRARY CARDThe Markham Public Library encourages all residents of Markham and the village of Posen to apply for and have a library card.
Applicants must be age 16 years or older to apply. Library cards are issued to children 6 years of age with a signed consent of parent or guardian.
Applicants also must possess 2 forms of identification, one being a picture ID.
Examples:
Voter's Registration Card
Current Utility Bill
Driver's License or State ID with current address
Lost or replacement cards are $2.00.
